Check out the first of three episodes of ThinkTV Network's documentary that premiered on PBS, The Dayton Arcade: Waking the Giant. The ambitious mixed-use project led by Cross Street Partners includes retail, cultural space, innovation space, and, for those wanting to live in the middle of it all, affordable housing developed by McCormack Baron. It is, indeed, a "giant" undertaking.
Included in the dynamic, mixed-use redevelopment of the Dayton Arcade are apartment residences for rent. The Art Lofts at the Dayton Arcade are tailored (but not limited) to the needs and desires of artistic professionals, makers, and creative-class entrepreneurs. Amenities for residents include a fitness center, business center, club room, and on-site property management services. The Arcade is the centerpiece of a larger city plan to bring residents, jobs, and visitors back to downtown! The redevelopment of the historic Dayton Arcade will recast the Arcade in much the same way it was initially designed in the first decade of the 20th century—with a mix of retail, offices, event space, and housing.
